Cancelling is meant to be easy.
How to cancel
Cancel from your billing settings in about ten seconds. There is no retention flow, no phone call and no cancellation fee.
Refunds
If you cancel within the first 14 days, we refund your payment.
What happens to your site
Your site stays up until the end of the period you have already paid for, and comes down then rather than on the day you cancel.
Your domain and content
Your domain stays yours and transfers to you on request. Your content is exportable, so you can take it elsewhere.
