These terms cover your use of the service.
What the service is
We build and host a website for your business from the details you give us, on a subscription of twenty five pounds a month or two hundred and fifty pounds a year. We provide the design, the build, hosting, SSL and a domain.
No ranking promises
We do not promise any particular position in search results, any amount of traffic, or any number of enquiries. Search engines are outside our control.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. You must not use the service for anything illegal, or to make claims you cannot evidence, including accreditations, insurance or guarantees.
Suspension
We may suspend a site that contains illegal content, or content our moderation blocks and you cannot evidence, while we review it.
Cancellation and domain ownership
You can cancel at any time. Your domain is registered in your name and remains yours. See the cancellation policy for what happens to your site and data.
Your customers' data
For enquiries submitted through your site, you are the controller of that data and we are the processor. The data processing agreement forms part of these terms and sets out what we do with it, who else touches it and what happens when you leave.
