Yes. A free .co.uk is included, registered in your name, and it lands after your second billing period, which is simply how we cover building the site up front. Pay annually or pay your next billing date early and it is yours sooner. If you leave, you take it with you.

We stop billing you and you keep your domain and your content. No exit fee, no notice period.

A free preview of your real site lands within a few days of you answering the questions, usually the same day. Approve it and you are usually live within a week, once your domain is sorted.

A home page and one service page, so you can judge the standard on your own business rather than our sales page. The rest of the site is built out when you become a member.

Your pages are indexed within days and you can watch that happen in your portal. What comes after that depends on your trade and your town, and anyone who hands you a number for it is guessing. We do not promise a position in search results, and our terms say so.

Tell us what you want, the way you would say it to a person. New service page, changed hours, a photo swapped. Changes are included and done within three working days. Most are the same day, but three is what we will hold ourselves to.

Not at the moment. Everything is by email at hello@kitso.co.uk, which keeps our costs where £25 a month genuinely works and means whatever we agree is written down when you need to check it.

Tell us what is wrong and we rework it. You have paid nothing at that point and there is nothing to cancel. If it is not right for you, we delete it and part on good terms.

Then it has not done its job, and we would rather fix that than keep taking your money. Tell us and we will rework the pages, the copy and the terms we are going after. If you still want out, cancel and keep the domain.

Your details are only ever used to build and run your website and to contact you about it. We do not sell them. Enquiries that come through your website belong to you.
