Can I refund a customer?

Yes. Refunds are made from your own Stripe account, in full or in part. Stripe's own dashboard is yours to use for that.

Because the payments are yours, refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled between you and Stripe. Our 0.2% fee on a refunded payment is not returned.
