How do review requests work?

When you mark a job as done, you are asked whether to ask that customer for a review. Press it and your phone's messages app opens with their number and a short message with your Google review link already in it.

It comes from your own number, so your customer knows who it is from.

It needs a mobile number on the job and your Google listing linked to us. If either is missing, the screen tells you which.
