How do I delete my account?

Open Sign in and your data in your portal, type DELETE under Delete everything and press Request deletion. We email you a copy of the request, and one of the team gets in touch to confirm before anything is removed.

Once it is confirmed, your site goes offline and your account is removed, and that cannot be undone.

Download your data first if you want a copy. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
