How do I get notifications on my phone?

Open Enquiries in your portal and turn on Buzz my phone when an enquiry lands, then allow notifications when your phone asks.

On iPhone, add the portal to your home screen first and open it from there, because iPhones only allow notifications from an app on the home screen.

Turn it on for each phone or tablet you use. To turn notifications off, use your phone's settings.
