What is the Customers list?

Customers is everyone who has enquired through your site, plus anyone you add yourself with Add customer.

Open a customer to see everything with them in one place under What happened: their enquiries, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments. Add notes such as a gate code or where to park, get directions, or request a payment from there.

Filter the list to see who owes you, who is booked in, and who has a quote waiting.

When someone enquires again with the same email or phone number, it goes on their existing record rather than starting a new one.
