How do I set up my email signature?

Open Branding in your portal, then Email signature. Check your name and details, then copy it. It uses your logo and colours from Branding.

  • Gmail: Settings, See all settings, Signature, then paste
  • Outlook: Settings, Signatures, then paste
  • iPhone Mail: Settings, Mail, Compose and reply, then paste
