What do I keep if I leave?

Your website's design and content belong to you once the site is live and paid for. If you leave, you can take them to another provider, along with your photos, logo and words.

Your domain belongs to you too. It's registered in your name, and we'll help you transfer it when you're ready.

Before you leave, open Account and choose Download my data. That includes customer records, jobs, quotes, invoices and other business records in a JSON file. For your website files and original images, email hello@kitso.co.uk so we can help you move them separately.

The portal and apps are part of your subscription, so taking your website elsewhere doesn’t include our software. Any stock photos we supplied are licensed for use on your website only. Your Stripe account stays open unless you choose to close it with Stripe.
