Can I get a refund?

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.

After that, your site stays up until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and nothing is charged after it. We don't refund part of a period that's already started.

If you move down from Kitted to Core, the change happens at the end of the period you've paid for, and the difference isn't refunded.
