Is there a limit on how much I can use Kit?

There is a fair use limit, because every conversation with Kit costs us money. Normal use of the portal will not come near it.

If you do reach it, Kit tells you rather than quietly stopping, and you can email hello@kitso.co.uk for anything that cannot wait.
