What can Kit not do?

Kit can't add a new page or section, change the design, add a photo where there wasn't one, or put up a claim it can't check, like an accreditation without its registration number. It can't change your plan, your billing or your domain either.

Kit will pass these requests to our team and let you know that someone needs to look at them. The request is covered by your plan.

Kit uses your saved price list to prepare quote and invoice drafts; it doesn’t invent prices. You check and confirm actions before they happen. If a request needs more information, Kit can ask you for it.
