How do I cancel?

Open Billing, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. The website uses a confirmation dialog; the app may ask you to type your business name. You can also email hello@kitso.co.uk. There’s no cancellation fee.

Your site stays up until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Change your mind before then? Press Restart your subscription.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
