How do I add a review?

From Reviews in your portal. Reviews from your Google listing come through on their own and are marked as Google reviews.

A review a customer sent you by text, email or card is added with their name and roughly when they wrote it. It renders exactly as written, and you confirm it is genuine when you add it.
