How do I add my business email to my Android phone?
Most Android phones come with the Gmail app, and it takes other email addresses too, not just Gmail ones. Choose your password first, from the link in the Your inbox is ready email.
Open the Gmail app. Tap your profile picture in the top right, then Add another account.
Your business email isn't on the list of providers, so tap Other.
Type your full business email address and tap Next.
Choose Personal (IMAP). That keeps your email the same on every phone and computer you add it to.
Type the password you chose for your inbox, then tap Next.
For the incoming server, your username is your full email address and the server is mail.gandi.net. Tap Next.
For the outgoing server, leave Require sign-in switched on, check the username is your full address, and type mail.gandi.net as the SMTP server. Tap Next.
Choose how often to check for new email, then tap Next. Type your business name as the name people see on your emails, and tap Next to finish.
If it asks for a port or a security type, use the settings below.

- Your full email address
- Password
- The password you chose for your inbox
- Account type
- IMAP
- Incoming server
